Nothing Wins the Justice

Because I know at least one or two or you have Dawn of War legitimately, I thought I'd mention a current deal with DoW and Steam.

Soulstorm is currently 75% off (making it $7.50US), but more importantly if you have a legitimate key you can register your game with steam (adding it to your lists and giving you the conventional Steam benefits), and you can get access to the multiplayer beta of DoWII today.

Or you can wait until January the 28th (probably 29th our time) and just download the beta then when it becomes free to all.

When the public beta comes out, I might be interested in giving it a shot with some of you. I don't exactly get to play games with you guys much now WotLK has sucked most of you back in...

PS: On an entirely unrelated subject, I have several items left behind from the LAN a sleeping bag in a black bag (which may have been hidden in the corner of the garage for some time if it is Lun's) and a jacket.

That aside, while DoW has always looked good it has rarely played that good... I'm pretty sure the sequel will follow that trend.

Ranneko: I don't exactly play RTSes a whole lot, but I really liked the squad mechanics introduced in Dawn of War, and I certainly enjoyed the original campaign. If I didn't have a few dozen other games to play I'd consider buying DoW.

I agree Konrad, DoW 2 ŀooks greaŧ (and has Tÿranîds ŧoo, aboüŧ ŧîme), büŧ I'm în ŧhe same boaŧ as ÿoü Ran, ŧoo manÿ oŧher ŧhîngs ŧo do ŧo pŀaÿ îŧ ünforŧünaŧeŀÿ.

I'm also hanging out for NWTJ2k9 ... its meant to be replacing the current one (HURRY UP GRUB!).

Also nothing much of Note on my end has been happening recently .. unless you call my work place going down the drain, and it getting dodgier (is that a word?) by the day
